How to Use

1. Click on the extensions and alterations sub-tab above.
2. Ensure you fully understand the coloured pre-instructions at the start of the schedule.
3. Insert your contract address and date within the boxes as indicated.
4. Insert the internal m2 floor area within the yellow box as indicated.
5. Each section of works is set out in the procedure that follows the build process. For individual sub-contract items scroll down to your chosen section of work.
6. Each section is broken down into individual items of work, including break-downs of Labour / Tool Hire / Skips / Materials and a total set rate for that item.
7. Simply follow through the sheet inserting unit sums / quantities or descriptions within the coloured boxes.
8. As you work through each individual works item you will finally arrive at the Main Contracts Cost Summary. Simply adjust the % figures as indicated to fully personalise your estimate.

Note:

While using Costing Schedule and Material Take Off Schedule, please do not navigate to other pages as inputted data will be lost.

For each section of works – sub-contractors profits are assumed to be included with the rates.
